ABOUT US

We started this business with an idea of teaching the everyday person some form of survival knowledge. For the simple fact that I know a lot of the cases of someone in a survival situation that does not make it could have been prevented by taking some classes and practicing those skills because you never know when you might need it.

I got into bush crafting 15 years ago because of a documentary on TV about outback survival. along with my love of hunting and the outdoors already instilled in me, I was hooked and found as many books, videos, classes as I could to hone my skills, not to mention thousands of hours of practice. Then my friends were getting me to teach them some basic survival. It saved one of their lives once so I finally decided to make this a business in hope of saving someone else. so i approached my good friend Jonathan about this opportunity to teach people to survive in the outdoors. We put a manual together about everything we want to teach. We then started to meet with a few businesses which resulted in our partnership with Cablea's. It has been growing fast ever since. We stand by our motto, "Learn Today, Survive Tomorrow."

I grew up on small farm in the province of Quebec. After doing chores, I would spend my spare time in the woods/outdoors. As a teenager, I would spend nights in the woods in a shelter with my shotgun and my dog at my side, and that's were my love for survival and building survival skills came from. In the fall I would always be hunting small and big game. From 2000 to 2014, I served in the Canadian army. During my service, I was on many field exercises in almost all weather conditions and in many types of environments from tundra to desert ( Texas, New Mexico desert ). I served with CSOR ( Canadian special operation regiment) from 2007 to 2012. During my time with CSOR, I did one tour of duty in Afghanistan. I was medically released from the military in 2014 and moved to Bruno Saskatchewan with my family.
